Thandi Allin Dyani
Before joining us hubbers, Thandi worked in the impact startup, social entrepreneurship and global development fields for 10 years. Her overall experience in the past 15 years includes social entrepreneurship, project and change management, sustainable business development, network activities, social & cultural innovation, concept and program development, sharing economy, communication, strategy as well as coordination & development of events.
She is an excellent networker and is a master at connecting people, projects and organisations.
Her strengths include creating shared value, joint ventures and establishing true collaboration through motivation, inspiration and engaging colleagues and partners.
She has gathered and engaged stakeholders and partners to fulfill the same goals from both the private and public sector, NGOs and universities.
Her journey includes leading an NGO that she launched, as well as having been a Senior Manager of a social innovation hub in Denmark. Thandi also leads the impact investing efforts of the One Life Foundation.
She has co-founded several social innovation conferences, and an impact accelerator program. Throughout her work, she has been an advisor to many social entrepreneurs. She believes in co-creation, partnerships and collaboration between all stakeholders involved in the work of the SGDs, and really cares for inclusive social change!

From 2018 and until now, she’s been the Managing Director and Impact Project Scout at the One Life Foundation – which she founded.
She also taught Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Next KBH in 2018.
Between 2011 and 20118, she was the Strategic Project Manager & Booker at KPH Projects – Social Entrepreneurship Incubator, the first Danish incubator for social innovation.
Education-wise, she’s combined communication, management, global development and business to become an authentic change-maker:

She received her Master’s degree in 2009 – Political Communication & Management, from the
Copenhagen Business School (MA Social Sciences)
In 2006, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Global Development Studies at Roskilde University in Denmark.
Fun fact: she’s an accomplished DJ and has taught technology and music at the DJ School for Women in Denmark. She has shared her awesome DJ skills since 1998 by channeling them towards developing and coordinating of a variety of events, concerts and fundraisers in the social impact space.
